Fashion & Textile Design + Media Studies
At my final years of High School I focused my studies on fashion design and textiles with media studies to explore innovative ways to conceptualise a creative brief and bring it to life through a series of the processes. Having two main projects coupled with a Folio each I was able to creatively undertake two end products that I presented as my final assessments.
Fashion Design & Textiles
My final brief for my Year 12 garment was one I conceptualized to be worn for a pop star on her upcoming tour. The aim was to blend high-impact style with the unique persona of a pop star client, emphasizing bold, classic designs that captivate both on and off stage. This can been shown in the black floor length garment with rose detailing.
Another brief focused on sustainable design, challenging me to creatively repurpose unconventional materials into a cohesive garment, promoting environmental consciousness through innovative fashion solutions. Here I focused on old cell phones to create intrigue in the garment and challenge myself to incorporate this medium.
Final Year 12 Garment, focused on Concert wear for a pop star.

Media Final Film Snippet - Closing Doors (2017)
My final film was an experimental film that focused on colour theory through uses of vibrant hues that shift and clash to represent the turbulent emotions of adolescence. The idea explores that through this growth period we learn that we can open and close doors in a journey to discover who we are. This fluid interplay of colors creates a visceral experience, immersing the viewer in the chaotic spectrum of teenage struggles.
