Assignment 3: eCommerce Website & Marketing Plan

This project outlined a three month eCommerce marketing plan for one of the business ideas from a ecommerce site we created through Shopify. The plan is designed to strategically promote the new business and drive online sales, with detailed actions mapped out by marketing channel. Key channels will include social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and influencer collaborations. Each channel will be used to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. The plan included a clear timeline, specific goals, and actionable steps to ensure an organized and impactful marketing launch.

Social Awareness Campaign: Rhode

This campaign was created as part of a project Strategic Marketing At LIM New York for Rhode to reflect the brand’s commitment to empowering women and breaking down barriers in regards to the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Gender Equality. Rooted in social awareness, the campaign aims to amplify women's voices, support equitable opportunities, and spark meaningful conversations around access and empowerment. Through impactful storytelling and community-driven content, the campaign showcases Rhode’s dedication to driving change and championing women’s freedom to thrive on their own terms.

Digital Communication Product Development Project: ME Shaving

For our university class, we were assigned the challenging yet exciting task of developing a comprehensive brand vision for a new product. This project involved crafting every aspect of the brand, from its core identity and values to its visual and verbal messaging. We then presented our complete brand strategy, showcasing our creative approach and strategic thinking to the class.

Our brand idea was, ME Shaving is a brand that strive on making the shaving routine quick and easy whilst also relaxing.

ME addresses three pain points many women have when it comes to shaving.

Firstly, forgetting to buy shaving cream and it is resulting in a terrible experience of dry shaving. Secondly, for the working traveller that doesn’t have enough space for everything in their luggage. And thirdly for the women that just don’t have enough time to do the full shaving routine.

Brand Analysis & Customer Journey Mapping:Alo

Throughout the Digital Marketing unit at LIM College in New York City, we engaged in an in-depth analysis of a chosen brand and its key competitors to better understand the evolving digital marketing landscape. This comprehensive exploration involved evaluating each brand’s digital presence, including website performance, social media engagement, SEO strategies, email marketing, and paid media efforts. By comparing these elements across competitors, the project provided valuable insights into current industry trends, consumer behavior, and the digital strategies that drive brand awareness and customer conversion. The analysis also highlighted the importance of data-driven decision-making and the role of innovation in maintaining a competitive edge in the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
